A Blackwood bookcase was spotted by Jerrt from Julie’s an antique shop. The price of the antique shop was $5000. Julie tried to negotiate the prices to 4000. However, Jerry did not agree to sell the Blackwood bookcase at the offered price of Jerry. Later, Jerry saw that Julie sold the Blackwood bookcase for $5000 to Julie for which Jerry charged the contract breach against Julie.
