Decentralisation is defined as a process of transferring authority from the central government to the general people. In the context of the organisation, decentralisation means giving the decision-making power to the employees or people in common so that the overall decision can be taken well and on time (Setiawan et al, 2022). The decision-making power does not rest in the hands of a few people who are working in higher positions. In the context of the country as well, it is very necessary that effective decentralised strategies and decision-making are followed. It is particularly due to the reason that when decentralised working is made, then automatically it enhances the overall working and ultimately the working of the country increases. For a country, all the tasks and decisions are taken by the government of the country. Thus, it is very necessary for the Government of the country they effectively try to follow centralised decision making.

With regard to the public health provision, the appropriate decisions must be taken. Public health is defined as a science that helps in protecting and improving the health of the general population and the whole community. The public health emphasises promoting a Healthy lifestyle so that the area can be improved and the overall development of the country can take place. Public health emphasises working and researching relating to different diseases and trying to prevent them to protect the people (Booth, 2023). Also, it includes detecting and preventing infectious diseases and trying to prevent the spread so that the overall country can be improved. Within rural Indonesia, there is are high rate of unmet Healthcare needs that need to be effectively managed and maintained. Within the rural areas of Indonesia, the Healthcare access and utilisation are very poor, and as a result of this, the quality of life is very degraded in this area. Hence, it is very necessary for the country they effectively try to manage public health so that overall improvement can be made.

Thus, for the country to develop it is very necessary that the appropriate decisions are taken timely so that the overall working can be improved and accurate decisions can be taken. By referring to the different Healthcare needs of rural Indonesia, it is evident that there is a high requirement for decentralised decision-making (Malawi, 2024). When the person is allowed to make the decision according to the situation then instant decisions can be taken and accordingly, the health care can be improved the in the rural areas. The decentralisation has increased decision-making power and quality of the work. It is due to this reason that all the decisions are taken by considering the views of every person involved in the working. Hence, it is very helpful for the Government of rural Indonesia they effectively try to manage public health and improve the status of the country.

With the help of the decentralised working the Government of Indonesia has tried to improve the funding within the health care sector. It is particularly due to the reason that with the help of the decentralized government, the country is mutually reinforcing the health Reform centres by strengthening the funding (Sutiyo, Sinaga and Raharjanto, 2020). the reason is that when the funds within the government are increased then automatically, they will be investing more in the Healthcare and the development of the country. So, with the help of decentralized working and by complying with the suggestions provided by the different stakeholders and people involved, effective funds are generated. Hence, proper funds are implemented within rural Indonesia and accordingly, the quality of healthcare is improved. In addition to this to support the centralised working pattern the Health Policy Plus project is also being funded by the US Agency of International Development. Thus, it helps Indonesia in equipping with different tools and other collaborative assistance for improving the healthcare.

So, with the help of this it is clear that when the decentralised working pattern is followed then automatically the public health within the rural sector of Indonesia is enhanced. Thus, the effective decentralized services assist the people in undertaking the services and try to get the accurate and equitable access to health care treatment and cure their diseases. In case the effective and appropriate decentralized service is followed by the country then automatically it provides wide variety of solutions to a particle problem (Talitha, Firman and Hudalah, 2020). Hence, it is very helpful and easier for the people to take the instant and correct decision and appropriate solution is provided to each and every person’s problem.

Further with the help of the research it was evaluated that in the year 2000 Indonesia replaced the system of centralise government with the different type of decentralized programs. Moreover, under the decentralised working pattern the public hospitals were given better authorities to take the season and manage their own finances and other different activities relating to procurement and all the other Hospital Management related activities. It is particularly due to the reason that the Public Hospital provides the services to the public and for their welfare. So in case public will be analysed in this particular situation then it will not be effective (Farida, Suman and Sakti, 2021). With the help of the effective decentralized working the government and the other related stakeholders try to vote for their choices and as a result of this the overall development of the country takes place within the rural areas and ultimately overall Indonesian economy grows.
