4.2 Discussion

I have identified with the proper analysis of various previously done research works that the development of Indigenous perspectives in the early stages of childhood has become a very significant area of research over the past few years. In this entire research work, I have identified the symbol and image-based Aboriginal approaches will be the most appropriate procedure for this children's development program (Tesar et al. 2022). With the proper implementation of this particular training approach, I have successfully justified the first three learning outcomes of the ELYF learning framework. These analysis helped me for developing various types of experience working as a fulltime childhood educators in the green garden organization.

In the initial stages of this research study, I have properly discussed the research scenarios which was associated with the Aboriginal and Indigenous perspectives process. After properly reviewing various previously done research studies these descriptions were given by me appropriately (Ineese-Nash, 2020). It was identified to me that the proper development of these children with the help of the symbols and image-based method helped me to gather different types of new experiences. Also, I have properly discussed the outcomes of the ELYF learning framework which is a very effective process for the development of this particular research work.

The last section of this research work contains the proper description of using the resources and help of a local Indigenous organisations which have provided services which were related to the Indigenous perspective development process. After properly implementing the resources of this organisations which is the Aboriginal Heritage Office (Rahiem & Rahim, 2020). It was analyzed by me that the development of this training program for children was heavily influenced by the resources of this local organisations. The Aboriginal Heritage Office Company is an Australia-based company which provides Aboriginal materials which are related to the historical and cultural background of Australia and the world. I have used the pictures of these heritage materials as resource material for training these children.

4.3 Conclusion

These research was able to produce a wide variety of information which was related with the development of my professional career as a child educator. Throughout this entire research examination I have properly analyzed various types of factors which was contained by the 4 to 6 year old children’s indigenous perspective development with the help of Aboriginal procedures. It was analyzed me in this research that the proper conduction of this specific development program includes various psychological approaches of a human being. Also, it requires a well-designed framework for the proper training of these children.
